I'm a fan of Ferry Corsten's. Your post couldn't have sounded more like an advert if you included the price.

Looks fucking awful. Even for Ferry.

Posted by Laushinameee on Sep-16-2004 20:45:

money spinning compilation. Probably wasnt actually mixed by ferry corsten. He sure didnt pick half of the tracks on it anyway.

Posted by tranceaholic on Sep-16-2004 21:00:

its never a good endication when you have 20 tracks per cd

Posted by torontotrance on Sep-16-2004 22:29:

3 decent tracks and what the heck is Gravity doing on a compilation like that and mixed from breezer to that....lmao

I got the press release as well but I did not think it was that newsworthy to put up immediately.

Posted by Frase on Sep-17-2004 01:01:

So obvious that he hasnt mixed it, no structure in it at all. Poor, very poor

Lemme get this straight, it was an advert, right? So he's copying and pasting adverts onto the forum. Which sounds like pimping to me.

Actually i'd say it's never a good indication when there are less than 20 tracks per CD.

And if you want to see the advertising robots come out (TigerClaw, LiL-B), ask abou Suzy Solar. Instead of replying like human beings they'll copy Suzy's bio, talk about her radio shows and future gigs, add at least five websites related to her, then answer your question in one or two sentences at the end.

1) trancebrat isn't a dude, dude

2) she is a very nice person who doesn't spam anyone, she's just giving information on the album as she is a big ferry fan, not realising that some people may have already read about it

3) there's no point making something out of nothing, in times gone by people could give information without being accused of spamming, but with the influx of radio shows and people signing up to promote themselves or their projects and not actually discuss music makes this end up being a pointless thread in the fact that it was intended to give information and it's been totally taken the wrong way

I never said anything about spamming. I was just being tongue-in-cheek.

the problem with that is the interpreation though, as without any smilies or whatever, it's hard to know what way things are being taken

I don't use emoticons though.
