Scroll down to Dreamscape 12, then look at the Vinylgroover tracklisting. (Albeit I just found this looking at the filename of your sample which I do not know is verifiable or not, especially since Vinylgroover mostly spun stompy cheese at the time, did he not?)

Vinylgroover--played mostly Hardcore at that time--decided to open his Dreamscape 12 set with the early German trance track sampled above. The person who compiled that tracklisting specialises in Hardcore, and he doesn't know the track in question, either.
