Hey guys,

I have a Lite on LDW-811S / 1S81/ 851 DVDRW� Writer and wanted to know the best brand of CDR's to buy to use for it, I have bought TDK and Verbatim in the past but when I have burnt audio to CD and tried to play in my car or CD Player it hasnt worked...

I want to find a decent brand that comes in jewel case, not on a spindle, please can someone recommend me decent ones to buy and if you know of somewhere in the UK to get em from, everywhere I have tried just have jewel cases of TDK and Verbatim grr

Those are two good makes you've tried. Sounds like one of following must be the problem:

1. Something is wrong with the settings your using in your CD Writing Software (e.g. You didn't finalize the disc).

2. Your using CDRWs and the cd player doesn't support them.

I can't see that it would be a problem with the CDRs but if you really want to try another brand Infiniti always works 4 me (avail. from ebuyer)
