You are looking for crew members on a forum with hundreds of users online daily.If you just needed crew members,why didn't you just let people know your email or ICQ,you didn't had to advertise your site,did you??
IF you would follow the page I wrote you would see that it leads to a form... That was the user fills in all the details i need to know.

We aren't interested. You don't want to be bothered on ICQ - why the hell would we want you to bother us here? If we were looking for a job we would have looked in the WANT ADS or some website devoted to FINDING JOBS. It's just ignorant to assume that because this is an mp3 site and forum that we will accept this. Go away. Peace.

Seems to me you're looking for an easy way to attract attention of the people that go here in the hopes that maybe they'll be in your 'crew' and give you free stuff.
What have you given them specifically?
Wouldn't it be a more fitting thing to post on YOUR site asking for the regular visitors for THEIR contribution?

From what iv'e seen- there are alot of ppl that wanna share the music they love with others... but don't wanna open a WebSite.
My goal is simple- providing my Fav Music with others.
TCM was founded almost two monthes ago... and im getting lots of good feedback on it.
This topic had one goal... find people that would like to join the TCM crew- i didn't flood or anything.
This is strange... instead of visiting the page and registering the form (or pass along if youre not interested) some ppl here try to bust a site that it's only goal is to Promote Trance. ;/
Hmm, I kinda understand both sides here, that is, Swamper as trancEaddict.com webmaster and StoMp2o0o (what a nick! ). I agree that it can be a bit annoying that people use a forum YOU built, administer etc. to advertise their stuff. It's a bit like going to in front of some newspaper stand and start shouting (free/cheaper newspapers! come to my stand instead!). Anyway, if people visit other sites, it doesn't mean that they wouldn't visit tranceaddict anymore... Stomp also pointed out pretty well that he is here for the scene; to provide something useful, just like Swamper and others are and I have to say that I appreciate that a lot.
So, in my opinion, as long as no-one floods or excessively advertises some other sites/crap, it's ok, BUT IT'S ALWAYS WEBMASTER'S CALL WHAT IS ALLOWED AND WHAT IS NOT - respect that. Nevertheless, I find it odd that some people start flaming about such things so heavily.
Perhaps some short text "Advertising is not allowed" would remove the possibility of an excuse "I didn't know it wasn't allowed" although I personally consider this as one of the unwritten rules in electronic bulletin boards.

So there has been a little confusion here. The thing I see tho is that if StomP wanted us to hel him , he could have some in to talk in the forum, like a regular person. Ask, questions, answer some, show us that he respects this place. If he had chosen some other entrance than - Jobs! Hey! Look! I appear to be using Swamper! (sarcasm, slightly). Then we would have been more receptive. Peace.

Let's say I went on YOUR site, in YOUR forums and asked YOUR users to come to my site and join my crew and help out by uploading stuff to me
I don't think you'd be impressed.
