Looking for an FTP Server Software !

Hey Guys, Im looking for a FTP Server with special Functions, One is that I can set a Minimum Upload Size on each file. Also a Duplicate file list so people cant upload the same files that already exist on the server, also file types restriction would be good ?? Anyone know of any.

Im using ServU but it does not have these functions.
