i didnt mean only on TA but also outside messageboards

Im partial to http://www.freepctech.com for basic stuff. Its not much of a forum, but they have a decent collection of FAQs

have always found helpful forums with google...just type in the problem as best you can, and usually will get a msg board or helpful website.
