HEEELP! What's this track?

Hi to all...
Please help me to find one track from the past....
I think that it is from 2000 or 2001. It is a progressive style track between 130 and 135 bpm. With a little bit of female vocals.
The lyrics are from Kate Bush 's old song called "Running up that hill". In this track that I am desperately trying to find we hear many times the following
"If I only could...
If I only could
make a deal with god....

PLEASE LET YOUR MIND THINK!!!! WHAT IS THIS?

hmm, I just heard the sample, definetly aint the Dumonde mix, could be another mix of it tho.....!
