Mycron - In Your Heart (sample)

hey mates,

finally, here's a little sample of the new Mycron track,
called "In Your Heart" i produced the tune recently, this
time not as melancholic as usual, it's rather an energetic trancer,

Mycron - In Your Heart (sample)

hope you like it!

feedbacks, suggestions always appreciated!

thanks in advance,

Peter

Downloading Pete. Thanks.

I'm going to start collecting tracks for Eternal Bliss 2.

=)

The melody is great. I really like the almost bell like quality of the sample that comes in around 0:40.. the lead down at 0:59 is good too, you're getting much better at the little things mate!

Overall, what the track is lacking, be it mastering or not, is a stronger low end. The track sounds like you're listening to it through compressed ears or something, I'm not getting much low end. The bass and pads are fine, but there needs to be a resonance layer or something to fill out the low end to give the track more strength and power, and really fill it out. Perhaps adding a rolling bassline might help, the kick is fine, might want to experiment on every couple of patterns a double kick or some quick kicks or something.

I really like the melody and the uplifting feeling, the almost cloud-like feeling of this track Pete. I look forward to hearing more work from you buddy!

cheerS!

mm really happy trancer here
very chillout style,
could fix the guitar a little in the breakdown, sounds a little too computery, but good use of pads and percs..
overall, very melodic trancer
keep at it m8

lets see..

Melody is rather catchy.
I could see myself dancing to this.

Overall

I'm too wasted for indepth review.

Hey Petey!

Delicious Hi Hats.. so fluid.
This is really sweet & uplifting.
I agree that it could use a little fattening up in the low end - and then you will have a real gem!

Keep up the fine work - amazing stuff lately.

nice melody (not my cp of tea though)
percussions a little thin
lack of bass

make the sounds phatter

I like the melody. its sound rather sweet to me maybe you can have the melody add on more delay on it?

On the back, I will suggest more layering koz its sound rather not moving up high... Like the melody. Keep it on going mate.... its gonna be nice..

Hmm... Is it the quality of the sample, or are there's absolutely no low frequenzies in this one...? Seriously...

And a lot of sounds are faded to my left ear for some reason..? Ehm...Why?

Btw - I don't think this is energic trance. Rather Laidback trance, which is the opposite.

this is very moving to me.. i think there are some slight mixing issues, but im sure you will get those worked out (that's not the important part anyway).. the composition is great.

i like the percussion too, especially with those cool filtered hat fills like around 1:53

keep it up,
-rob

This is a very nice tune, great atmosphere. Pads are great as well.
There's some very nice effects too, fits in very well

However, it might sound a little thin as someone mentioned. Bass could be better too. There's something that's just missing there.

I love the melody, it's good no doubt. Just some minor things to sort out.
Keep up the good work mate!

melodies are nice! digging the atmosphere in this tune
everything sounds a bit thin, and you should add some BASS
great tune nevertheless (Y)

not bad, perhaps lose some of the frequencies over 16khz it sounds a bit hissy. song definately needs low end, there is a complete lack of kick/bass goin on

Posted by State of Matter on Sep-30-2004 15:27:

Melody is absolutely incredible Pete. My only problem with it is the same thing everyone else has said, sounds kinda like you HP filtered it, needs more mids and basses to fill out more. Fix this and you've got a masterpiece.

Pete,

I like the sound of your new track a lot. I notice a definite improvement over your earlier productions. Like others have mentioned, I think the bottom end could use some beefing up. Other than that, maybe bring out the synths a bit more during the break-down. Overall a very nice piece mate!

Respect,

Ben

Hey Pete I think this is the best work i've heard from you. Great pads and melody, but the kick is seriously lacking. That bell sound is really cool btw.
Keep it up
