I didn't quite see the appeal of this movie at all.

Jet Li is raised as a rabid dog man who kills when his "collar" is removed.
He then escapes and is befriended by a nice family where he slowly changes from his feral origins to human.
The original dude who turned him into the dog man catches up with him for some sort of final showdown.

That's what I got from the trailer anyway... what part of that story arc appeals to people?
