Idea

What's the best & easiest program to use Cue file Sheets on? I tried to use Golden Hawk but I had trouble when I tried using the cue file. If there is any good one's out there please let me know. Thanks...

I've never tried it, but as I understand it, the CDRWin-program was the one that introduced the cue-files, and as such should know how to handle them?!?

I'd definatley say CDRWin is the easiest program to use cue files with. You can also use cue files with Nero, but it takes my computer forever to load up 60+ min. tracks and yet only seconds in CDRWin.

i prefer fireburner, but i haven't tried cdrwin yet

CDR Win 3.8 is good for burning CD's (Audio) when you have Cue Files or when you make your own Cue Files. Nero from Ahead Software has more Options concerning cutting MP3 Files to the Length you need and also to put in Filters (Fade Out, Equalizer and so on...). Clone CD is good to copy protected Original CD's (almost every CD). I think you must choose between these 3 Progs -I never used Fireburner, so I cant recommend it!!

Exclamation CDR-WIN!

Yes, the cue file feature on CDRWIN is VERY handy... It lets you specify track points from one or more mp3/wav file(s). For instance, if you want to burn one 70+ minute mp3/wav file or even two 30-40 minute sets onto one CD with track points. No more time consuming mp3/wav splitting required.

CDRWIN does everything I need in a Audio CD burning program. It can be a bit confusing at first, but if you read the help files carefully, especially the section on .cue files, it's fairly easy to use. I haven't used any of the other above mentioned programs, so I can't compare to those.

You can download a demo, or order the full version from www.cdrwin.com or www.goldenhawk.de

Good Luck,

Silly Sal :P

CDRWIN is good shit when you are dealing with Cue files, ADaptec or fireburner are great for regular music cd's

Be Cool!

Viceroy> yeeah man!
no need to order when we are cheapskates hahaha

for burning audio-mixes/ISO/, it's CDRWIN all the way.
for everything else, there's NERO.

simple as that

maybe cause you got a bad crack....CDRWIN will make coaster if you crack it with a bad crack...

Posted by goodnet on Mar-16-2001 05:48:

yep.. T[]C-fan is only telling half the truth. CDRWIN is boobytrapped, if you use the wrong crack with it- it starts writing garbage to the disc... among some other bad things i think if it detects a pirated serial/crack

I only stick to getting 'trusted' trial+crack packages of cdrwin... so far i haven't gotten screwed by CDRWIN's protection, so that's good.
