Football Mangers Resigning

I dont know about you guys but Im fed up with this. All of these managers 2 really but thats a lot resigning at the sight of trouble. Rudi Voller resigned yesterday following Romas defeat agains Bologna and that is just days after Camacho from Real.

If I was a supportor for either team I would be furious with the manager.

This is not Championship Manager this is real life, deal with the heat that comes with the job.

Teams who consistenly change their manager are more likely to do worse than teams who dont. People panic when results go against you but sometimes you do just need to ride it out.

As a fan i would hate constant change of managers at my club. But at places like Real Madrid if you loose a couple of games i get the impression the fans and the chairman wants you out. I have no idea why anybody would want to manage Real Madrid to be honest.

simple, it pays well

i think what makes these early resignings is the managers facing situations and behaviours from the players and staff they weren't expecting when signing for the club

the worst isn't when the managers resign, but when the board and chairman decide to sack managers at the smallest sign of bad results and exhibitions. that's what gets on my nerves

Agree with MattyV, at Real if you dont win your fired. Its just stupid. I say give a manager 2 years unless he is really pathetic.

I hate manager changes at Inter but they needed to happen. Most of the managers lost their players, where just shite and many other things I could go on and on about. I think with our new one Mancini we need to give him a year or 2. He is a good manager. Im my eyes you only fire a manager if he lead the club well below expectations. I mean out of europe for top clubs in their first year coaching.
