I'd use something on the uplifting side, or maybe something that sits between cheese and progressive.
I don't think I have any descent albums in my collection. Ones that are easy to listen to, but yet beautiful.
Or just maybe: Tiesto - Nyana, and especially the track: "A Tear In The Open". Tell them to listen to the strings in that one!
Tranceport - Paul Oakenfold
That was my Gateway CD...lols and then I discovered Paul Van Dyk. Out There and Back is a GREAT cd. If they are into dance music, i guess either DJ Sammy or other vocal trance albums they have out there **shruggs** altho i dun consider DJ Sammy GOOD trance...some livesets are awesome too
Politics of Dancing & BT Emotional Technology and i found out that PVD live at Energy 2003 really gets people going(I burned some copys).
thats easy... tell them there is a foam party at a club. get a good hook up and watch them experience something they never experienced before. works like a charm everytime. i broke in 3 n00bies to breaks on friday and they fucking loved it.
