I only really like Mary Kate, since she is a cokehead. I've lost some respect for her though, at her age there is no reason to go to rehab. You don't need to be in rehab until you are in your 40s.

i thought it was a combination of the two? i've seen people skinny from coke but the only people that i have seen that imaciated have had eating disorders.

I think we're talking more about the eyes, especially on the blonde one. From all my experiences with mullered people at clubs and large events, I can tell you that eyes do not look like that naturally (over several pictures especially) without some sort of chemical assistance.
