Hi!
Does anyone know a program which can create MPEG Videos Format 1 into Format 2?

If anybody does something kniow about it or could send me a link to some software please let me know it. Cause I want to create the mpeg 2 format to watch some great musicvidz on my dvd player. Or send me the program to [email protected] if its not bigger than 9mb!

Methinks most DVD players can also play VCDs.... so just burn it in mpeg1 vcd format and fit ALOT more onto one cd Converting them into mpeg2 wont help the quality at all either...
