Astral Projection
Astral Projection has pondered on my mind for quite sometime now. I have acomplished Lucid dreaming. Knowing that you are in a dream and controling it can be fun. I am sure that projection is an experience also. If anyone has any insight to this let me know throught this thread or pm me. I do have this link to help with anyone who would like to try the methods that i have already.
For anyone who has accomplished this tell me how it was, what did you see or feel. What did you think or feel afterwards.

Astral Projection IS lucid dreaming. You only travel in your head.
I thought you were talking about the Goa artist. I think Lucid Dreaming is bullshit.
I know for a fact that lucid dreaming is not bull shit. I have experienced it several times. Besides it has to be believable, because its only where you know that you are dreaming.

i can get to the point where i see an image, it becomes 100% clear for a split second then when i try to focus inside that image it just vanishes... sucks to be me

When I was a kid i had an amazing imagination.
i still do, but i think connecting with reality too much- creating boundaries and limitations and basically coining definitions as to what reality is.......well that fucks up your mental capability as far as metaphysics might go.
regardless though, when i was a kid i used to be able to lucid dream almost every night i tried.
sometimes i couldnt, but for the most part i remember a ritual...
id say to myself, i want to be here.......and think about it until i slowly drifted off to sleep, and then id be there.......knowing i had thought about it prior, connecting that i was there NOW.....and realizing it was a dream that i could control...
i would always fly though...
every damn time.........i would fly.
when i hit like 9yrs old i stopped flying
now i just get high..

that would probably be "too much" blood to the head - i get it whenever i focus all blood flow to my brain so that it may become more active or whatever so i might actually get somewhere
moving your blood flow around your body is an interesting thing to do as well... focus it all into your torso and your arms and legs go numb...
thats pretty much all the experience i have
I want to get out of my body. Any tips?

yeah tried lucid dreaming last night - got teleported to a pool hall with a girl i liked... then lasted about 3 seconds and got smacked over the head with a pool cue and woke up lmao
was cool until that happened tho
might try again tonight
Astral Projection is lucid dreaming realized. Lucid dreaming is realizing that you are in control of your own mind. Astral Projection is realizing you can control yourself in anothers consciousness.
screw astral projection...remote viewing is where it's at.
been able to lucid dream as long as I can remember...basically nightly because of the control over by brain and thoughts...I also can recall dreams very well, both awake and explain them in detail or to bring an event back up the next night/week/year in another dream. Sometimes, though, what I encounter though each time is a different story.
I haven't controlled my thoughts in other peoples minds/dreams yet or have the faintest idea how if possible
...but I've had some close friends that have mentioned me in their dream and my actions during it...which were things I knew I would do...so I only look at them and raise my brow with a snickering look
Has anyone ever sort of semi-woken up? I mean it's like you are paralysed (can't move)as if sleeping but you can see and hear things going on around you. This has happened to me a lot and sometimes you might "wake up" out of a dream and still see and hear things as if you were still in that dream. It's bloody scary!!! Is this similar to lucid dreaming?
