Looking for a mixer

Hey guys

Do any of you have a mixer that your willing to sell? Im looking for something pretty basic, something to improve my skills with until i can afford something better (I got traktor(a mixing program) off a mate which ill play around with). Price range: not wanting to spend more than $500.

Also if you could give me some advice on what to look for etc it would be sweet

Thanks everyone

this mixer is roughly about 12months old, in great condition and works perfectly.

Features -

Auto BPM Counter
Separate -26dB 3-Band EQ For Each Channel
Fader Back Cue Play
Headphone Monitor Switching Function
Equalizer-Equipped Microphone
Phono/Line Switchable Inputs
Master/Channel Level Meter

more info about the mixer at -

http://www.pioneeraus.com.au/pro_dj/mixers/djm300/

Channel 1 has a broken volume slider, however the volume is still at full and it works fine, and i still have the slider, so all is required is someone to just re-attach it in order to have control over the volume adjustment for channel 1...

I picked up myself a DJM300 from Cashies for under 500$ - bloody brand new I swear, no scratches and works a treat. Nice little mixer although it doesn't have ne effects.

Secondhand places are worth popping in to see what they have every so often.

2c worth

and with a sig like that gokz, u may as well continuue not to.

bar mixers are hand held. they can also mash potato. although i havent done that.

Even as a first mixer..... always buy quality. You don't need the extra channels of the 500 or 600 nor the effects, not when your starting out n e way. I'm told the majority of clubs use djm600 and the 300 is it minus a couple of channels and effects.

DONT BUY BERINGER.... I am yet to hear a good report about these so do yourself a favour and look beyond the $400 tag. I'm told it is the exact same layout of the djm600 but when its $400 compared to $1800 you have got to ask yourself what aren't I getting?

Haha, at first glance I thought, "Is he an idiot?"

Then I read it again
