I got one of these type of emails too, it immediately went in my trash bin. I don't know how anyone got that email address though because only like 5-6 people know of it.

They use random-address generators. Then sooner or later one of the mails doesn't bounce back, and BOOM! Say hello to mr. Spam.

Yes, yes, yes, IT IS FAKE! Do not reply with any personal details. How many lottery firms with that kind of money have their email on EXCITE? How many of them miserably fail in grammar?
At the very most, send a "fuck off, bitch", and sign it with your first name. (assuming "mrs patricia morgan" really is a female)
It's fake! Do not under any circumstances send your personal details to this company. As people already pointed out, the excite email address in itself should give you a clue.
I got the same type of letter by mail before, from Spain and Holland. Pure bullshit

get a bunch of spam...
I say its fake because the "form" is so terrible, grammatically, that it just has to be fraudulant.
