Bright, uplifting trance

Love this tune played by Albert Mangler @ ANOT, ARQ Nightclub, Sydney, 24-09-04. Has a male voice whispering the word "Oceans". Sounds fairly oldish and reminds me a little of Denzil & Dwayne but I really have no idea.
