sample of a new track

Heyz all,

been ages since I posted anything up here, mostly because of the fact that some nice things have been happening lately...

Here's a sample of a new track of mine:

van gelder - see the light (original mix)

I know it's supposed to be 192kbps as a sample, though since I have limited space due to some demo tracks for labels I hope this will do. It's quite a big sample as well.

drive is awasome just one thing that in my opinion is not so proffesional is that little lead came in 0:27! thats the only thing! other then that a killer tune

I liked the energy from the beginning of the track.

The lead is nice, but maybe a little too quiet? You can keep it quiet for a bit and then enter with a loud synth that is a little further cut...

Also, there is nothing particular in the track to set it apart from the pack. I'd say work with the melody that you have and spice up the rest...

I purposedly lowered the volume on the lead so that it could become one big lead together with the pads, sort of like let them melt together.

Have to agree with Ultrawave on that leady . Other than that this rocked my pants out, i loved the melody. The break could use a sub string or so, sounds abit thin or empty as it is right now.

i love that lower synth sound that comes in at 1:46 (just a minor little thing, but it's little details like that that add up to make something stand out )
