Any tips on making Progressive Trance?

Hi everyone..i never made a proggie track before..and i wanted to make a proggie remix of The Quest-C Sharp.I was wondering..like what guidelines should you go by..because i dont know nothing about progressive..im more use to melodic and uplifting.If anyone can help it would be nice

Prog is done around 130 bpm. Usually uses shakers more than hi hats. Other than that, not much to know. Just listen to lots of prog before you start I guess.
