Planning a Fire Poi Video... Need Advice

A friend and I are planning on putting together a 3-5 minute fire poi video... in case you don't know what fire poi is, here's a brief description:

You make a wick out of some rags, and attach it to a chain. You put a handle on the other end of the chain. You soak the wick in kerosene and light it on fire. You put one in each hand and spin them. It looks cool. You can do all sorts of awesome tricks with them. It's quite safe and a lot of fun.

So anyways, we need some ideas for locations... where should we film? We were thinking some shots from in a park would be cool... and maybe under a bridge or something would be nice, but we want to have like 4-6 different locations in the video, so we need more ideas!!! I live in Kitchener and I don't want to have to drive too far, but if anybody knows a location that would be AMAZING for a fire poi video, let me know. General ideas are good too.

Also, what should we use for the music in the video? It would be nice to get permission from the producer...

Why not just buy glowsticks, tie them to the different parts on the stick and start doing the fire poi voodoo. When you're wondering what track to put down to those crazy tricks, think of dj eso.

Idunno. Lots of people have done it. Some guy just asked me to perform for our school (with glowsticks of course... damn fire not allowed lol)

And by the way... that has absolutely nothing to do with combinatorics. Combinatorics is the study of problems involving finite sets of objects that are defined by certain specified properties, such as sets, graphs, numbers, topological objects (surfaces, knots, etc), and other forms. Time is not a finite set of objects, but a function by which the position of all concrete objects is defined. The subject matter of your interjection is therefore not combinatorics, but probably something related to continuous functions or calculus.

Way to know your mathematical terminology.
