Question Technics RCA cables

Well dunno if this happened to someone before, as it is difficult to run a search on "RCA"... anyways the left side of my RCA Cable is dead, i.e. I only have sound on the right channel and while this isn't a big problem when mixing, it's awful when I'm recording, obviously. How can I fix this?

thanks mate
however that seems a little complicated, I rather have someone do it for me. I'll check for stores that can do that :P

Lots of times you have to clean the connection between the cartridge / tonearm..... especially if you live in a humid area. Are you sure that its actually the RCA cables giving you trouble? Have you tried switching carts, etc?

yeah, i've seen the is problem before at my local record store, they used to have that problem with the listening stations...all i really had to do was unscrew the cartridge, clean the terminals real quick and plug it back in, and everything would be fine...
