convincing the parents

what can i do to convince my parents to let me move back where i use to live. my friends parents said they'd let me live with them because they have a spare bedroom and i'd get a job and pay them for everything and such. i just dont know how i can convince my parent to let me go, well basically my dad, my mom doesnt have a problem with it
