Ferry @ Icon 10/13/04 Hype thread and Roll Call!!!

I know I'm posting this 8 days early, but I am REALLY excited about this. I haven't seen Ferry since 5/1, and this will be the first time I'm seeing anyone at Icon. I've heard good things about it, and I am anxious to be there along with you guys.

I'm seeing if any SoFLTAs wanna ride up with me, maybe throw in for a cheap motel room for this? As I told Ryan tonight, I have the 14th (Thursday) off, so if you ride up with me, we could go to Ferry, then go see Rach the next day and chill or whatever. I wanna spend some quality time in one of my fav. out-of-town places, which would be Orlando.


Felipe, Luis, Eric, Ambs...Offer still stands for you guys as well. My car is small but it'll hold up to 5, maybe 6 people.

As for the Orlando TAs, I can't wait to see all of you again! I saw Sara and Phil tonight btu I still miss the hell outta the rest of ya!!!!

I also am excited about seeing the Tampa TAs as well!!! Damon, trancebrat, ClubGoddess, KOzOK and everyone else!

Terry will be with me as well. Hopefully it will be me, Terry, and Colleen going. I wish Paul and Alison could go too, but Paul has to work. I'm sure that Max (maxdaddy) will be going too.

hehe! Terry will be going to see PvD in Jax too.

Paul has to work on Fridays as well so he won't be able to make the Ferry show there either. November 12th is Alison's birthday so I would love for them to be able to go. She even said what better birthday present than to be able to see Ferry live.

BTW...November 12th is at Space and not Crobar.

One other thing:

I WILL be bringing the infamous vidcam with me. To take nerdy tourist footage of the Orlando area.

But what I'm REALLY hoping for with the vidcam...

I don't have to do anything until 1pm so I am game for an after party. I can't wait to see Ferry again! Weeeeeeeeee!

I called off work for the day after. I won't get paid for it, but I DON'T CARE!!!!! It's Ferry in ORLANDO!!!!! It's somethin I've NEVER done during my stay here in FLTA is to go clubbing in Orlando!

I don't consider Alpha Bar a "club," and the Orlando FLTA Gatherings were...well, just gatherings. Parties. Great ones, at that. Been happy to have been present at 3 of them. TATV v. 1 (2/21/04), v.2 (4/25/04) and v.4 (5/29/04)

My plan for next Wednesday is to finish up work early, then head straight for O-town. I should be arriving around 9:30 or 10. A small get-together before hand would be cool, seeing as I've never been to Icon. I hope at least one SoFLTA will ride up with me. If no one does though, that still won't stop me from going up there solo, as I have done many times before.

I am an Angel on a mission. To go to Orlando. To go party. And to go hear FORCE OF GRAVITY (Ferry bootleg) once again.

James, how about an afterparty at your house? I'll bring Ferry for Vero's Ferry Afterparty 2.0. hopefully ill be a little more sober this time around.

Who is doing the tickets, I didn't see shit on Ticketmaster or Groove tickets?

Icon normally does tickets at the door. Price is $10 before 11:30. Does anyone know if they will be giving student discounts again?

Everything that is ever downtown is buy the ticket at the door. You'll never see a show at Icon on Groovetickets or ticketmaster. Hard Rock/ HoB, yes, Icon, no.

Actually, when Oakie and Tiesto were here, it was both pre-sale online and more expensive tix at the door.

Make sure that there is a stretcher ready to carry off DA, when Ferry plays Force of Gravity.
