Vercetti - In Control / Skimmer EP
Langes new productions under his Vercetti Alias. Got this on Promo CDr from Lange Recordings this morning and its sweet
. In Control has been played by Tiesto a few times in recent sets and im sure ive heard Skimmer somewhere before
8/10 for both, and 9/10 for giving an EP where i like both tracks
Can't wait to hear these two, Lange never fails.
Just had a listen, 2 fantastic songs, i love them both! Sort of a different sound for Lange but still quality productions. Anyway word on the release date?
i got the promo 3 weeks before retail release date, so expect late October

I heard on In Control on TATW a few days ago, very nice indeed. Hopefully it comes out soon, I hate waiting
By far not the best Lange tune!
I think that 'In Control' has a build-up that just takes too long before something really special happens! When the main melody comes on it seems to be a fine track
Just a shame about the build-up!
Don't know about 'Skimmer', ... the title sure is original
Besides the standard Lange bassline, I find in control to be rather refreshing. It's not a massive anthem but I like it.
In Control 7.5/10
Skimmer 8.5/10
Skimmer is one of the better tunes i've heard this year, great melodies and a nice sublte build up that explodes when the kick comes back in. I like the structure of the track as well.
I really like them both, good at different times. Def. has a Lange type feel to it.. :P
not really keen on this one - i used to be a big lange fan too :S
what is bland to some people is bizarre to me.
These tunes show a coming of age of Lange i believe.
The things like Sincere and Sincere For You were a crock of shit compared to this deep stuff.
Its about time there was a good english producer who dabbled a bit on the darker techy side of trance and looks like Lange is stepping up.
Well done Tiesto for picking it up already as well. Its been played on ASOT too though.. which probably means saturation and 10000000 people saying how crap it is.

IMO
In Control owns Skimmer. I'm really diggin' the bassline. Good to see that Lange is trying something new.

Great to see Lange doing something different!
Thumbs up Lange!
i like in control. it's a bit fluffy but it fits well with the rest of the techy vibe
tunes very low imo...
dunno where lange have gone after the awesome "intercity " and "believe 2003"

Huge Lange fan here, yet I don't really care for these two...Often skip over these tracks in favour of others...
Lange's playlists recently have had a techi-trance vibe to em...maybe signs of things to come
Heard in control at TIC2 last friday... umg i went crazy!
