dude I wish! not only $$$ extremely hard to come by, but I'm literally screwed with the amount of uni work this weekend. Def. if I was already in melb I would be down there with bells on! hopefully during the summer playing a trip to melb to see some quality prog artists!

Don't worry. I'll be there. Of course Infusion will be nuts, I expect as much.

tracklist?

sorry dude, aint that hardcore.
also have yet to fully listen to their new album to be honest.

usual suspects came out. do to u in 82 quite early, two remixes of girls can be cruel, and a different remix of legacy. i only recognised the tune after he started singing. better world was also played from the new album. couldnt help notice the use of a discman in their live setup. anybody know what for? just looked comparatively weak and out of place compared to the laptop, synths, drum-machine and thousands of wires.

hehe, also glared ivan gough's mixing in the side room early in the night. learnt two new tricks. i'm such a geek

Had an awesome night, got there just in time to see infusion drop girls can be so cruel, it went off, crowd was loving it. They absolutely tore it up. Mark James picked up where they left off and played a ripper of a set, BT - Remember ohhhhhhhh myyyyyyyy

Smile

Omg it was awesome... infusion were sooo good loved every minute of it. was waiting for em the whole time to play legacy and the remix was gas

Evil Nine were pretty kewl too as i didnt know what to expect from em but they did a great job... specially the nerdy looking guy doing the mixing he was loving it

The crowd were tops aswell everyone was there for the music it was great

I dunno... seen Infusion many times prior, they just didn't grab me like previous times. By no means does this imply that their performance was sub-par. I still danced, but my interest lessened and I wandered.

As for Evil 9, good fun. Nothing too deep and 'thought provoking' just dance floor fodder. Nothing wrong with that either, suited the moment nicely.

Substantial evening all up.
