if you start a new thread or post a reply you can always attach a file. Under this text box there are some options and under the options you have ATTACH FILE browse the file you want to upload. Only mp3 and zip files are allowed and they can't be bigger than 550000 bytes. If they are larger you can upload them to some webspace and put a direct link to it then.

I found out that its acctually no bigger than 500kb is possible to upload.

Could be possible
I always use my own webspace because you can use bigger files and it' faster to download
