The First time you stepped inside of a NYC Club
doesnt have to be an EDM club. just the first club youve been to where and when was it ?
for me was Carbon[Ikon now] in 1997.

Soundfactory...August 18th 2000. I told people the next day I was a different person from that moment on.
This along with the first time I listened to Silence, Tiesto's energy 2000 set (first trance I set I ever listened to), and Pvd's rosenmontags rave 2002 set were defining moments in not only my musical endeavors but also in who I have become today.
First time in an NYC club - first week of Sept, 2001, The Roxy. It was a college night, part of Columbia's Orientation week.
First time going to an NYC goth night - December 2001, Downtime/Albion Batcave.
First time going to an NYC trance night - Summer 2002, Victor Dinaire's Timeless Trance (was it called True to Trance?) Party at Remote Lounge.

Armin van Buuren at the Roxy, I think it was July 2002. I had been to Avalon in Boston a half-dozen times before hand, but as you all know, that closes at 2, so this was the first time I'd ever been out at the club all night. 
It was...interesting. I'm still not a huge fan of the Roxy, but that's another topic.

I came to New York for the first time this past May interviewing for a job. I went to see one of my favorite DJ's, Hernan Cattaneo, at Spirit. Music was banging but the people were a bit wack....
can't remeber, somewhere around 30, was it 'BATCAVE'?
Twilo '96. Probably explains why I'm addicted to underground dance music nightlife 
back in like 99 i used to go to those no id parties at exit and factory and wherever else they were
then in sept 2000 i started to go to exit on friday nights and factory friday nights once in a while
back then i would go more for the scene rather then the music even tho i liked house and trance
then i think it was dec 14th 2001 when tiesto was at exit
from then on it was the music first rather then the scene 
I've been to Avalon Boston nearly 80 times since 2001 and first stepped into an nyc club April 04 for Armin at Roxy
I really can't remember. But the one that stands out the most is Roxy with all the NYTAs
oh shit forgot about Palladium...yea actauly THAT was my first club experience wid all my hs friends...dayams that shiet was tiight back then...
