Probably because they've never actually listened closely to confirm what they're copy/pasting from incorrect sources.

I just found this one yesterday, its definitely chill. I forgot about this song until I was listening to Tiesto's Club Space in Miami live set yesterday. It's definitely one of the best tracks ever in my opinion.
