This is the track n4 of a compilation called "Trance Nation 5", i don't think it's the Ministry Of Sound "Trance Nation", there is an italian speaker in some tracks... Maybe Claudio Diva.
Some tracks:

There are 2 trance nation cd's global trance nation 5 and trance nation vol 5. I have them both and I think ur info is wrong!! These tracks are old might be a mix u heard on the radio. But its not trancenation 5

The compilation is not "Trance nation 5"
but "Trance nation cd 1"(don't have cd 2)
Almost sure it's mixed by Claudio Diva.
