Raves on the Riviera?

Bonjour,

First of all, sorry for not writing in French. Hopefully English will do for this time.

I was wondering if there's any decent club culture with raves going on in the Riviera area, especially in the city of Nice? I've visited Nice several times, but never seen any clubs, posters, merchandise etc. pointing out rave events. Is that just me being blind, or is it just the wrong part of France to look in? All I could find was just "regular" bars...

what type of raves are you looking for housy (there is a lot ) or trancy (there's nothing ) ?

Well, last time I got quite desperate when I couldn't find anything, so almost anything would have worked, both house and trance. Normally I prefer trance clubs, but as long as it isn't "pussy house", also house events are allright.

Thanks btw for the quick answer! I got to keep my eyes open for house club posters the next time I visit Nice then!

de toute maniere y a pas de "raves" de la grandeur de Sensation en France, a mon avis il cherche des bonnes soir�es tout simplement...

Le rave aux states c'est du genre une enorme teuf avec plusieur arena ou tente dont chaque on un style particulier come Trance, House, Hardcore, Jungle, drum & bass. ca dure de 9pm just qu'au matin.
Mon meilleur rave c'etait en 1999 et s'applelais: "How sweet it is" ca se passais dans 3 immence hangar de boieng. Maintenant ya plu de bon rave c'est devenu trop commercial.
Quand je vivais en France on allais tourjour au club ou dans des sorrees (d'alleur c'est plus sympa), jamais vue un rave en france.

There was already some raves in the States ? / Il y a d�j� eu des raves aux states ?
This summer, there was a big "rave" on a beach in the states, but i don't remember where. I saw some ads on the net, and i think we spoke about this in the board. / Cet �t�, il y avait une grosse "rave" sur une plage aux states, mais je me souviens plus o�. J'ai vu des pubs sur le net, et je crois que nous en avons parl� sur le forum.
