Dance To The Sound Of The Underground?

Hey guys and girls.

I need help IDing this tune that's been bothering me for at least 5 years! The sample below is of the melody only, but is not taken from the original tune that I need the name for.
The original even has vocals that says "Dance To The Sound Of The Underground".

To help the matter there's another tune that has the same melody, but only a small piece of it and only in the start of the tune. Check out the first 10 secs of Aquagen vs. Ingo Appelt - Tanz F�r Mich and listen for yourselves.

I also have a long list of tracks that are wrong, even though they seem more or less similar in one way or another:

I repeat, these tracks are NOT the one I'm looking for.
