Can U Name This Tune?.....

I know this track is pretty old but dont know exactly Howold. - is sounds a tiny bit like the song 'doop' by doop but its much harder. it goes do do do do do do-do doo - do do do do do do-do doo. (i know its not much help!) also it the track theres a high voice that goes ' 1-2-3-and....' then starts again. please help! its a huge tune and have heard it played in loadsa clubs.
