Sample 6 is Passiva - Clouds Like Heaven. I'm not sure if it's the original or some remix.

Ooh, thanks a lot, man! Leaves me with only one left. But i've got the ones I was most after, so i'm happy

Thanks a lot guys,

Oh, and btw, I did find The Morning After. I searched 15 online stores worldwide, ebay and even asked the distributor with no luck. Then someone linked me to a site that had it! So if anyone else wants it - www.streetbeat.ac

In 2000: Darude - Feel The Beat (JS16 Dark Mix)

but i don't know who played it before

Posted by EssentialParado on Oct-16-2004 16:31:

Thanks, you could be right about it being from a remix of Feel The Beat. It's a shame I can't find any samples online to match it. But i'll take your word for it

Many thanks

-Luke

Sounds nothing like Feel the Beat at all to me. The melody is completely different and that vocal snippet isn't included in the original at all.

OK, man. I'll keep that in mind. I didn't think so either, but it's the best i've got to go on ATM.

The guy who did the vocals was similar.
"There is no light, but there is sound."

It must be a sort of Feel the Beat, but I don't know what.
Is there any other song that has that guy.

Dark Side of the Moon? by... I forget. an Anjunabeats guy I think.

It's definitely the break of 'Feel The Beat (JS16 Dark Mix)' on top of this other track which I don't recognize.
(If I let myself be really paranoid I can hear a little touch of 'Music (Original Mix)' there too but that might just be similar bassline, you can't really tell because of the low quality of the sample.)
Nice mixing. Doesn't seem live though. Ableton Live maybe.

Well damn, my memory is worse than I thought...

Well that's just nuts! I just heard someone else play it!

Michael Mackay prs Entranced v25 - http://www.tranceairwaves.com/forum...php/t-1865.html

After a thing of trial and error, it looks like the track is Matti Laamanen - Obsession [Luke Terry Remix] (Tsunami)

Sounds like a sample from, maybe, Trainspotting.

Can anyone tell me if i'm right or not right?

I have a much better sample now - recording002.mp4

Thanks.
-Luke

No its not that Matti Laamanen Track

Posted by darudevil on Oct-24-2004 12:53:

Now that I hear it better... Someone just used the same speech sample we did (it IS from a sample cd). And the Luke Terry RMX of 'Obsession' I have (got it from Matti himself) is not the track in your sample*. (Still don't know what it is, though it sounds familiar). Good luck!

Ville/Darude

*Ooops, I was slow...

Posted by EssentialParado on Oct-25-2004 00:02:

In that case it's gotta be Bobina - Lazy World (Son Of A Pitch Remix) and it IS!!

thanks for discounting Obsession for me. I'm buying this straight away! \0/ Got there in the end

Cheers!
-Luke
