-- issues in spain/south america?
issues in spain/south america?
for my a-level spanish i've got to present a topic about an issue in a spanish speaking country - so either spain or any south american country apart from brazil
i'd like to do something a bit different from all the common ones (football etc.), although the only ideas i've got so far are...
-ETA (spanish terrorist group - their motivations etc.)
-immigration from mexico into america
any ideas about what else i could talk about are appreciated, just need some thoughts then i can go research them!
thanks, jack
there is a water shortage or there is going to be a problem. thats something (spain)
low birth rate i think thats an issue in spain
do about spain's different autonomous regions that want to be independent.
theres a cool thing you can do to "cheat" legally in your foreign language a levels. it says in the rules thingy that you can bring in a post card sized reminder sheet. now what we did was print that thing on both sides with extremely small font and it virtually fitted the whole a level on it...kinda cool...just practice reading it a few times before hand hehe
yeah, i'm aware of that
but to me being able to speak the language properly is much more important than passing an exam in it
we had the chance at GCSE (tests at the end of high school for you americans) to bring in an A5 reminder sheet, but i didn't bother and got an a*... i think language exams are much better if you improvise!
anyway, back to topic... thanks for the suggestions so far, any more please?
major corruption, although i am not sure this is strictly spanish speaking countries. high poverty rates.
