Edgar V @ Release, West Palm beach 10/16/04 REVIEW
Whoever does the marketing/advertising for Release needs to be fired. The turnout tonight wasn't that good. 
But I went there nonetheless. I got into a parking lot and ran into Edgar and his manager (damn it I forgot her name 
) and so I chilled with them for a few minutes until a friend of hers arrived, and so all 4 of us went to the club.
Charlie & Sammy were on the decks, the place was dead. I chilled in the VIP section with Charlie's wife snd with Sammy and Charlie when they weren't on the decks. Good times.
A short time later, Jackie showed up. OMFGHI2U. 
Edgar started at around 1:15 and played these tunes, among many others:

Emerge
Love Comes Again
Time of out lives
Adagio
LOVE SIMULATOR 
Men In Beats: Keep Pushin'
Things started picking up in the last hour of his set. 
And he ended the night with a old but pleasant tune: Paul oakenfold: Southern Sun (Ti�sto remix)
I had fun. I was a bit tired so i didn't dance much. I took a couple of pics with a new dispoable, so when I run the film out, I'll get this cam developed and pics will be posted A.S.A.P. You can bet that I'll be using the cam more on Monday night. Roll Call for MIA coming...right now!

Charlie & wife (sorry, sweetie, I forgot your name too ) : Great seeing you guys again.
Sammy: You and Charlie did a great job on your set, even tho you know how I feel about House.
Jackie: long time no see, hon. Hope you come down for MIA monday night.
And the missing: Arturo, who hasn't even been to Release yet, and Eric, dude, WTF happened to you?

Clubs in West Palm close at about 4. I got out at 4:15.
Sorry I didn't make it up there. Long story cut short...
I was going with a friend, never showed up, time I realized it was way too late.

great to see jackie at space as well.
sorry for the bad turnout charlie told me about it.... but edgar tore it up again i heard.
i totally agree with you darkangel. i was there friday like i said in another post and the "electronica" room was absolutely dead maybe 10 people, i was thinking to myself that they need to promote this place more its different i thought it was a nice venue. are you interested in going to sandra collins next weekend or not really? if there is nothing else going on i think i'm gonna go, ok beach time, later!

I agree there... Sandra was honestly boring before Corsten WMC, and G&D own... the girl is a hottie, and at least people show up at Moscow. Practically everyone in the WPB is tuned out, they just don't get it.
