Monkey Dancer 2 EDM tracks made better WITH vocals?

Can there be such a thing? I don't think so...

Lunatic Calm- Leave You Far Behind. The instrumental is a lot weaker.

Armin Van Buuren - Burned with Desire , sounds horrible without vocals, the dub is pure boredom

Ayu - M(Above and Beyond Vocal Mix)
The dub is not even close to the original

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't this a vocal track to begin with?

Cass & Slide - Perception

Call me crazy but I thought the vocal in Synaesthesia (Fly Away) added a new dimension to the tune. Particularly in Paul's Vandit Mix.

'if I give emotion... will you show devotion?'

Essentially all of hip hop...without the vocals it's just a short loop on repeat for a few minutes. Not necessarily true of all hip hop, but true of most.

I always felt that the added vocals to Synaesthesia were an utterly gash cheesification.

I definitely agree. The original is amazing but the vocals bring you into a whole other world.

Personally, I enjoyed the vocal version of Urban Train a lot more than the pure instrumental.

the jk walker is well better and IMO the vocal adds so much to it.love those indians chants.great in the buildup

I always preferred the vocal version of Pearl River.

I really liked the vocals in Miro - By your side.

Agree, this is much better with vocal.

There is a dub version on the B Side of Jayn Hanna's, River of Tears. Her vocals are great though, so the vocal version by a long shout.

I think the vocal version of Paul Jackson - The push is way better than the no vocal.

I'll prolly get shot for this, but...

The vocal mix of Cass & Slide - Perception really made the emotional impact of it a lot bigger, at least for me. I prefer it over the original version.

Why?

Other people in this thread agree, and I do as well. The original (though a good track an sich) is a bit boring, the vocals really do the track good in that way..

Cool, I guess I'm not as alone on this as I thought

and i do felt that Synaesthesia is aready cheezefied with pure cheezy synths with or without vocals

PQM - You are sleeping (luke chable vocal pass)

this tune is utterly boring without the vocals, it gives so much more life to the song.
