Hey M8!

The JBL Sound Factory series were discontinued just about a year ago, they are your basic entry level speakers. Decent sound output with a clean amplifier. If money doesn't matter, get TURBOSOUND like the TQ-315 http://www.djmart.com/tutq4.html you won't have a need for dual 15", lol!

if sticking with JBL brand, step up to MPro series, the MPro MP225 http://www.djmart.com/jblprofmpdua.html

others to consider, the EV Plasma series, or the Eliminator Series

http://www.djmart.com/fulranspeak.html

most importantly, make sure you don't underpower the speakers.

oh and just an FYI! DO NOT SHOP at 123dj.com unless you like donating money, use search to find numerous discussions about them and a few others like them.

Cheers...

'K, from EV I would definately recommend something like

the Gladiator G115/G118 tower combo http://www.djmart.com/evglsetopand.html

or just the G115 http://www.djmart.com/evglseg1.html

or the Sx500PI+ http://www.djmart.com/evsx40twsp.html

or again, if money is not an object, then go for the Plasma 1 speakers http://www.djmart.com/pl1byelvoavl.html

Cheers...

Well, why dont you tell us a little bit more about what you'll be using the speakers for, to recommend something for ya...

As far as the SF25's... SoundFactor series is JBL's bottom end "pro" cabinet - I wouldnt waste the money on them, to be frank.

You can pick up JBL SR-A series cabinets pretty cheap used either via eBay or a sound shop -- these are much better values. SR, SR-A, and SR-X (in order of "newness") are the "concert series" cabinets and are MUCH better than the SF series.

I'd recommend Mackie, JBL, or EAW as my top three brands. Yorkville makes some good stuff too. Most EVs (unless really high end) are overpriced for what you get, never liked EV much... They're brought me dissapointment a number of times. EV makes some good gear, but its expensive!

So, tell us a little more what you'll do with these cabs

Wat can i do with the speakers, they will be a decoretion set for my room and stand for my flowers,

I guess for music mostly, house parties etc, since I dont have the time to spin, to be a Bedroom Dj that is

Wow, you definatly dont need any SR series speakers. unless u have 3500 to spend on each speaker. I have a pair of JBL SF-15s with a Crown XLS-602 and they sound great! They will go as loud as u would ever possiably want them to go. They will also take a beating.
