Your Cult-TV Addictions ?

Been thinking about this a bit lately, as a couple of my old faves are getting re-runs, and was wondering what shows everyone is/was addicted to, to see which ones are popular.

(This thread is not designed to debate whether a show is good or not, take that to pm or something so we don't get needless arguments.. anyone who goes ahead and causes one leaves themselves open to flaming for which mods shouldn't close this thread as they should've read this disclaimer )

I can't wait until Jamie sees this tomorrow.

I've seen every episode of The OC and North Shore, and I TiVO the ones that I can't watch.

I've also seen all the CSIs (Original, Miami) and several Law & Orders (Although not a big fan of CI).

I've seen X-files since the start. Other shows would be McGuyver, Airwolf...but those are more childhood classics. 3rd season of 24 just started over here, I'm not as excited as with the first two (first was really good the first time!!!). Seen all episodes of Rederiet (cheesy swedish show )

ummm... I really like Six Feet Under...

I really love Black Books, but for some reason not a people I know are fond of them.

Posted by Halcyon+On+On on Oct-19-2004 22:00:

Ehmm...do some of these count?

Love Hina
Cowboy bebop
Neon Genesis Evangelion

I truly don't watch TV very much (only show I'll watch somewhat regularily is Jeopardy, but that's because Ken Jennings is GOD ). I find that there are better ways to spend my time... like Tranceaddict... ok, so my priorites are a little fucked up

Yes!

X-Files is my most watched show, ever. Have seen every episode at least 5 times. It used to be on 4 times a day on varying stations.

MacGuyver, Stargate SG-1, 24, Saved by the Bell, The Fall Guy, The A-Team, Thundercats and Transformers. Have seen every episode of each. Gotta love re-runs.

The Sopranos (Best TV Drama) - I've seen all seasons

Everwood's a well written family drama.

I'm also a big fan of Wonder Year's for some reason.

Nip/Tuck is way over the top. More than a soap at times. I used to watch it but lost interest in it. Missed about 5 ep's from this season.

24 - I've seen all seasons

I do watch American Idol when it's on.

The O.C. could be better if it wanted to be.

I plan on picking up all X-File's Seasons 1-9 on dvd.

Guess not...

Late Night With Conan O'brien
The Daily Show With Jon Stewart
Fear Factor
Mythbusters
SNL
MAD TV

Only own two DVD sets at the moment:
ER
The West Wing - favorite show

I have watched and will some day buy the dvd collections of:
Buffy
Angel
Star Trek Next Generation
The O.C.
Friends - why should I buy them when my friends own them?

I used to love CSI but after a couple seasons I was tired of seeing the same thing over and over with all the other shows just like it. I'm tired of the overplayed cop/detective dramas.

Only reality TV show I watch is the apprentice because they do some great events.

The only night I religiously watch TV is on thursdays, like half of the country.

What I REALLY miss is In Living Color. But now I'll be getting it on DVD!!

Posted by biznology on Oct-19-2004 22:57:

Six Feet Under is my biggie, as its the only show I have ever seen that is worth dlding to keep up onnit. Best TV show made likely ever IMO, tho Deadwood was nice also...

theres something to be said when every ep of SFU is better than 80% of the movies released in theatres|

Posted by Radagast on Oct-19-2004 23:08:

I believe that by average funny per episode, the greatest sketch comedy program ever is/was In Living Color.

Posted by CATHAIN on Oct-19-2004 23:32:

Battlestar Galactica(Classic Episodes)
All the star trekS (no i'm not a trekkie i just enjoy a bit of escapism)
