We recorded the voice over in cubase. It's actually my partner Dany's voice (Higoa).
Several effects were used for that particular one. We just toy around, until we get exactly what we want. At one point we select a lower pitch, and then bring it back to normal. Pretty simple actually.
Next time try to build the set up!
Try to imagine that you are playing live (for a crowd)! In My opinion you started playing hard stuff way to early .
Advice noted. We'll keep that in mind when designing our next set.
We always come into that sort of challenge considering our online mixes can't be 2 hours long or more. Since we have to pack it all into 70 or 80 minutes, we do tend to switch over to the hard rather quickly to demonstrate our style.
That's understandable but there's nothing better than a set you a nice build up !
Cheers
hi guy's i have d/l the mix and i like your style very mutch.
i think indeed the set is getting on to strong but the tracks are great so thats fine for me.
what i heard was that you where holding back in your set.
let it out, put it in your music and your sets will be mutch stronger
relaxed and just make the best music.
big fan Hans
