trance still your passion?
just wondering how much people have diversified into other genres.
obviously trance (should) will still be number one, but will be interesting to see what are other peoples number one.
just choose the closest to what your into, and I know its hard to pick one, but just do it k.
damn you and your one pick only!
i went with prog, because ive probably gotten more into it the last year or so but im starting to like breaks a lot this year.
Prog
but i like trance still
and some breaks.
WHY CANT WE ALL GET ALONG!?!?
Trance but bordering on prog and techno.
House
but.... watching the Decade of Danec DVD preview, makes me remember the good times i had at parties listening to trance.
These days it's mainly prog, but I still listen to trance every now and then.
definately trance when out clubbing etc
in my room or car i prefer prog
Nah its all House, DNB, and a fair bitta prog for me these days... still enjoy the odd slamming trance tune - problem is there ain't enough of them coming out at the moment in my mind
yeah prog me for also. Dont mind the odd Trance track, but we all know trance simply ain't what it use to be.

prog is still number 1 for me, although tech-house is right up there
been getting into trance more lately, just not as much as the other two
nope.
vinyl collection reflects lil of everything really. prog house, funky prog, prog breaks, funky/nu skool + ol skool breaks. been really getting into burridge and lavelle stuff lately. 80s analog/electro vibe is pretty cool too. i like basslines
out of that selection...prog fo' sho.
but my passion these days is for, i guess, 'scene' music...indie, lo fi. that stuff.
don't know whether you remember this gumble, but ages ago you told me to get some tracks by hot hot heat. they were fkn brilliant!! danke
since then i rarely listen to dance music, let alone trance..hahah
..*continues listening to blonde redhead*
these days its mainly DnB and prog.
Definitely loving a serving of tech-trance tho, makes me wanna bust out!
sif not trance. esp psy-trance. house is so mainstream
At the moment i'm into house in a big way, so i chose house.I'm still a big trance nut though!
I mainly listen to "smooth house" as some people call it, and deep house a little bit as well. I try to stay away from the commerical stuff, it doesn't appeal to me too much.
nowadays i see more and more of my friends moving away from trance into techno, prog etc etc
but for me i am still very much obsessed with trance (especially the harder side of things)
trance is still my weapon of choice.
prog came second as evangelised by holden, probspot, zabiela, and the likes.
breaks came 3rd. hybrid still shits over everything else in that department..
full on/dark psy
then tech-trance

i went from 3 years of playing tekno to trance and dont see myself going back. I do like "good" prog tho. The trouble is that prog is like chinese food, when it's good it's fucking awesome, trouble is finding alot of quality amongst so much shit. (imo)
always enjoyed techno, breaks, prog...
But Trance is still my calling, still love it like i have since day 1
