i heard this track in INN Tv in Satelite Networks 3 years ago in political program,i want to buy this track

A Track With Dream Trance Piano and Hard Groove and very nice lead(lead going filter up & Filter down like Gouryell-walhalla)

plz help me what is this track (if you heard somthing like this track plz post for me ) and who's made this tarck,i know he is not robert miles,robert miles hate use his other genres everytime,so he hates use lead in his works,because he did'nt made lead.
