Song from PvD set circa 1999

Hi! This track ID has been bugging me for ages, but it seems like you guys know your stuff, so this must be the place to get help

Anyway, what I know is that it's from a set labeled Paul van Dyk - Live @ Twilo. It's the first song of the set. Someone guesses it's from 1999, and based on the songs I know from the set, that seems about right. Below is the tracklist as I've found so far:

You know, I can't believe after trying to find this song for like 2 years it's Chicane. And I hadn't heard it until now.
