All the Reworks of PVD will never be released...

It's only for him and his Dj sets

Personally, it wouldn't be a big deal if they were released. Most of them are only reworked to fit into his sets better than the originals.

if you go see him he'll share this with you.
+ he cant release every edit he does cuz they are often too close of the original work (even if its often better)
+ this isn't a new release

Get the Push remix of Everywhere I Go instead, it's really not that different.

Who says he has to share it, he did it for his own personal use.

Confused

We'll have them in Vorsprung Dyk Technik 2

Will VDT 2 ever be released?

So speed it up. And who cares if you don't like the drum or vocal, the point is PvD doesn't deserve any praise for cutting a vocal and putting in his kick.

And he doesn't ask for any praise, and he doesn't credit his own name for these reworks anywhere. But the fact of the matter is in this case, all he did was remove a vocal, and add a kick, and all of a sudden a poorly produced tracks becomes a fucking amazing one.

LOL!!!

Why do you think he doesn't want to release his edits(Even if they are 1000 times better then the orig)? Especialy his Edit of Chicane - Autumn Tactics(Paul Van Dyk - Autumn) for thoes that havnt notived that

Quit wineing

Posted by starglider on Oct-23-2004 21:40:

Well, that sure drew a lot of comment.

I never said PvD asked for praise, only that people heap it on him while others (in this case, Push) should be at least sharing in it. Many are unaware that the Push mix was the basis for his rework, so I pointed that out.

Whether the remix was poorly produced or not I won't debate, so if people think it has a "shit drum and shit vocals" that is really of little concern to me, and never was. So let's not get too defensive, now.

Posted by DjSimonB on Oct-24-2004 00:02:

People whining about PvD being greedy by not sharing his reworks is annoying, did copyright issues ever occur to you?
