Identify this track for me

I'm looking for this slow, non-trance song, that i heard in the radio. The melody is kind of cheesy, and it is a bit lovesongish. I don't have a sample, but the song goes something like:

"She's got that smile [blahblahblahblah] a dreaming (star) blahblah.... give me your hand..."

Seriously i can't remember anything else, but it was pretty memorable. Any thoughts?

Edit: The singer is male with a pretty soft voice. It definitely goes under category "Love songs".

Maybe you should give more details if you would like some help. Gender of singer? Genre of music (what it sounded like at least)?
