Creepiest Thing
Okay, I was watching TV and in between these two commercials, there was this black frame with a little white box in it. So I rewound it on TiVo to see what it was. The little white box said, "Video Locked: I will be back."
I got it recorded, too. Now I'm all creeped out.
It's your dead ex-lover sending you a message from beyond the grave!
Try being in a pool at 3 am in a glass poolhouse with a million doors and you are in the middle of the pool with no lights on and you here a huge fuckign splash 10 feet away from you
It was Bill Gates doing an impression of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
I want some ice cream.

Yes, Arbiter will continue to refute everything until you shut up.
Whatever, I'm glad to see he has nothing better to do.

what? you can rewind shit on TV? wtf?
what is TiVO?
i guess the image got recorded accidentally by someone.
TiVo is a hard drive for your TV. It temporarily records programs (unless you choose to permanently record them), so you can pause, rewind, fast forward (although you can only go up to the point where it's live. You can't fast forward past what's already been on.), etc.

Umm... I'm sure you can somehow, but I don't see why you'd want to. You can just watch the recorded programs on your TV.

speaking of TIVO, has anyone taken the hard drive apart from the machine, and run it as a secodary drive on your computer to see what kind of information is on the hard drive, and what file types are the saved tv programs ....
