Do the clocks go back next week?

I was looking forward to an extra hour in bed next week when one of my friends told me the clocks arent even going back next weekend?? She said other people have been saying this to??

Does anyone know anything about this?? i want more sleep!!!!

she said they go back next week

An extra hour's sleep is all well and good, but does it not cause up to a week's worth of days seeming like they are dragging on and on? Not to mention that when the clocks go back it will be getting dark by 5pm. Zoiks!

Night is better than day anyway, more time to stealthily go and drunkenly sit on lorries and stuff

autumn back

although i agree it doesnt have the same ring to it..

yeah, clocks going back are wank, it means if i do a full day at work i dont even see daylight

they were on about abolishing GMT altogether and staying on BST all year round to help stop car crashes in the dark (they reckon up to a 3rd of all crashes could be avoided by the extra hour of light).

i bloody hope so

Correct! Though the only reason I know its on the 31st is because it means I get an extra hour on my Birthdy!
