In the breakdown of Ronald van Gelderen - Cold Storage, there is a male voice saying "what we're dealing with here is a total lack of respect".

Can anyone tell me where this is sampled from?

It might be from a film,but Iam not so sure.Only time I've heard it was on the prodigy song
