Need a ID on a old song.

A bit back ago i got a song that was labeled: Asian techno (or something like that). It didnt have a any artist label on it no other data was there. However i nicknamed it "Rain rave" due to the fact that in the start of the song there is a rain-like sound along with the woman with a rather loud pitched voice saying "dee" or something that sounbd rather close to that repeatedly. Also just for the record it is not robert miles fable or childern nor is it Effiel 65. -_- So if anyone has heard of anything like that can you give me a ID.

I doubt this is it, but I'll give it a shot. Have you tried DJ Red 5 - Da Beat Goes? It has some "rain" sounding effects in it if you catch the right remix. Hope this helps. Good luck.

just a wild guess, but it may be united deejays for central america - too much rain. I attached a sample.

hmmm it's not united Deejays. I havent checked up and see if it is DJ red 5. But i doubt it. I listened to the song again and it's 6:15 in length and around 5:00 into it has a rapid increase in the synth drums and then a voice goes wow! (high pitched holds for about 1-2 sec). Then theres a "falling down" sound with the synth. Maybe that can help a bit for the descript? Thanks for the help.
