How many of you use Freefloats?
I've seen many different setups for a club or home DJ studio but was interested to see what TA's thought of Freefloats. I've just picked myself up a set and they work great so far (the big test will be tonight at the club).
How many of you use Freefloats or something like it? At the Government in Toronto I noticed that the decks are suspended on elastic bands so they sort of hovered and moved around. I know bunjee cords are often used as well...but what about you guys?
Used them once, hated them. The decks wobbled about all over the place! Give me a concrete slab on tennis balls any day!!!
TBH, they made me feel sea sick

They are horrible, overpriced, pieces of crap.
worthless from what i heard. buy them, put em in a closet, maybe you will get some use out of them if you come down with a case of hemorrhoids.
I've heard many bad things, you would be much better off using tennis balls or blocks of foam.
Oh yea, your sig is too big, just thought I'd give you the heads up before a mod see's it.
i use the padding you put under a carpet before install. works perfect.
Go get proper sound-dampening footing material. IMO Auralex makes the best.
Way overpriced that everyone else said before. Dynamat works well from a car stereo type system.
tennis balls are the way i have seen most go. cheap easy, walk by a tennis court and you should find some on the ground outside the fences. a.k.a. free!
btw, nice sig Psiweaver i belong over at DTMpower too, yet, sadly, don't have a bimmer
